Parenting a teenager today can bring up a lot of questions and surface some frustrations. Better understand how to support your teen in a comparison-driven world and shift how we talk about body image to a supportive approach. Gain tools for setting healthy expectations and boundaries in the parent-teen relationship. Learn ways to empower our daughters to talk about bodies in healthier ways. This session combines:

  • Practical therapeutic tools

  • Real-life application strategies

  • Honest conversation

This parent virtual workshop and presentation is a 60-minute small-group, therapist-led experience designed to give parents clarity, confidence, and connection. Led by licensed therapists, specializing in teen development, this intimate session creates a safe and supportive space to explore what teens are truly navigating today—and how you can best support them.

Together, we’ll cover the topics most addressed in teen therapy, while answering the real questions parents often don’t get to ask.

This experience is designed to help you:

  • Better understand your teens emotional and developmental world

  • Strengthen communication and connection at home

  • Navigate challenging or uncomfortable conversations with more confidence

  • Gain insight into what therapists are seeing and supporting teens through today
