This is not a lecture—it’s a guided, interactive conversation where you can ask questions, share experiences, and walk away with practical tools you can use immediately. Between Us programs are designed for education, connection, and practical parenting support. They are not a substitute for individual medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Join Between Us for an immersive, guided breathwork experience guided by Lane Jaffe designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
Through intentional breathing, music, and guided reflection, you'll be invited to slow down, turn inward, and explore what it feels like to release expectations and make space for yourself.
Every experience is unique. Participants will have the opportunity to disconnect and be present; some may encounter a sense of clarity and renewal, experience a new perspective, or powerful emotions.
What You May Experience
Emotional Release: Space to acknowledge and explore emotions.
Greater Self-Awareness: An opportunity to reconnect with your body, thoughts, and feelings.
Clarity & Renewal: Time to reflect, reset, and explore new possibilities.

How it works:
This is a hosted experience. One parent gathers a small group of 8–10 parents and selects a comfortable setting—such as a home or private space—and we take care of the rest. Our team brings the content, structure, and therapist-led facilitation, creating a meaningful and guided conversation for your group.
This is not a lecture—it’s a guided, interactive conversation where you can ask questions, share experiences, and walk away with practical tools you can use immediately. Perfect for friend groups, school communities, or sports teams looking to support one another through the Middle School and High School teen years.
