Navigating Teen Friendships - The Good, The Bad & The Complicated, Parent virtual workshop, Sept 10th
Date: Thursday, Sept 10, 2026
Time: 7:00 - 8:00pm, PST - 60 mins
Cost: $30
Parenting a teenager today can bring up a lot of questions and surface some frustrations but nothing can prepare you for the pain and struggle they experience as they navigate teen friendships or when your teenager encounters a mean girl. As parents, we struggle with the questions, How can I best support my teen? What is the right thing to say? Is there a right time to step in?
Navigating Teen Friendships - The Good, The Bad & The Complicated Parent virtual workshop and presentation is a 60-minute small-group, therapist-led experience designed to give parents clarity, confidence, and connection. Led by licensed therapists, specializing in teen development, this intimate session creates a safe and supportive space to explore what teens are truly navigating today—and how you can best support them.
Together, we’ll cover the topics most commonly addressed in teen therapy, while answering the real questions parents often don’t get to ask.
This experience is designed to help you:
Better understand your teen’s emotional and developmental world
Strengthen communication and connection at home
Navigate challenging or uncomfortable conversations with more confidence
Gain insight into what therapists are seeing and supporting teens through today
How it works:
A Google-Meets link will be emailed the week of the virtual Workshop meeting. Virtual meeting will launch at 7:00pm PST.
This is a guided, interactive workshop and conversation where you can ask questions, share experiences, and walk away with practical tools you can use immediately. Between Us programs are designed for education, connection, and practical parenting support. They are not a substitute for individual medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
